Referrals
A referral from the person, relative, carer, social worker, community nurse or other professional must be made to The Ark Centre.
Step 2...
A visit is recommended so the individual can experience the warm atmosphere, how we work and what we have to offer.
Step 3...
The manager will arrange a convenient time to complete an assessment to establish the level of staff and support required.
Step 4...
A decision will be made based on the assessment and if The Ark can meet the service user's individual needs.
