Katy Kelso

Care Manager

Katy has led The Ark Centre for over 13 years, bringing more than 20 years of experience in health and social care. Her approachable, hands-on leadership is rooted in empathy, professionalism, and a strong commitment to person-centred care.

Sophie Donnelly

Area Manager

Sophie has overseen operations at The Ark for 15 years and currently serves as the Area Manager. With a background as a qualified general nurse, she transitioned into health and social care, gaining experience in day services, residential care homes, and supported living. Sophie holds the Registered Manager's Award and an NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care. In her role, she supports the manager, directors, and management team, along with HR and maintenance teams, to ensure a smooth and safe environment where all standards are met. Additionally, Sophie oversees separate supported living and residential care homes for another organisation.

Gurpreet Ghattaura

Assisstant Manager

 A dedicated and organised leader with a background in childcare, Gurpreet has been a valued member of The Ark Centre for over eight years. She is passionate about creating safe, structured, and empowering environments.

Victoria Barry

Victoria

Assistant Manager

With extensive experience across care settings, Victoria is known for her calm confidence, professionalism, and commitment to high standards. She is currently completing her Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management.

Shannon Duane

Assistant Manager

Shannon brings over 10 years of experience, energy, and warmth to her role. With a Level 4 Diploma in Adult Social Care, she is known for her positive leadership style and supportive, people-focused approach.

Colleen Corcoran

HR  Manager

Colleen has been a valued member of The Ark since joining in 2023, working part-time at the head office. She plays a crucial role in the smooth running of the service and assists with all HR matters, including wages, annual leave, and providing support as needed. Colleen holds a Level 2 qualification in Business Administration and has recently completed her Level 3 CIPD HR qualification. Her contributions are essential to assisting and maintaining relationships with management and staff teams
